Serves as administrative assistant to IGT Program manager, providing liaison between cross function groups to ensure orders, customer demand, returns and shipments are processed accurately in accordance with agreed contract terms and conditions.

Basic Qualifications:
BS degree in business or related field, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, 2 years of customer service experience in an office setting required. Previous experience with SAP or contracts preferred.
