Acts as a customer account analyst within the area of customer support. Supports communication to customers to solicit exchange of information to ordering and processing of non-critical accounts. Works with limited supervion. Creates analysis to support plans, provides supporting data with recommendations, pricing, payment and delivery commitments. Creates and delivers information and status presentations to middle leadership and potentially external audiences.|
Specific tasks include:
-Support Customer Support related logistic in managing customer accounts.
-SAP Order Entry transaction
-Filing and organizing closed-out files
-SAP creating pick tickets
-Accounts Receivable follow up with customers with over 60 days
BS Degree in Business or related field; Min 2 years of customer service experience.
Flexible workhours a must to inlcude weekends.
