Acts as a customer account analyst within the area of customer support. Supports communication to customers to solicit exchange of information to ordering and processing of non-critical accounts. Works with limited supervion. Creates and delivers information and status presentations to senior leadership and potentially external audiences.|
Role - Be a part of a team whose sole focus is to complete the objectivs below:
Specific tasks include:
-Reach out to operators to advise them of airworthiness directive, ensure they have received the tools, and understand,influence their plan for completion.
-Understand the dynamics of the plan with respect to the day to day operation of the plantsite. Work with team and plantsite members to merge our activities with day to day operations.
-Interface with SOA counterparts to facilitate round the clock calling and contact efforts.
-Input learned info and data into database.
-Support daily coordination meetings and status calls.
BS Degree in Business or related field; Min 5 years of customer service experience.
Flexible workhours a must to inlcude weekends.
