A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a Bi-lingual Call Center Representative to join our team in Chicago, IL.
Position Functions or Responsibilities: Looking for energetic people for full time call center position.
Main responsibilities include answering first level inbound telephone inquiries in a professional manner regarding account billing, payments, and other related account specific issues in a high-paced call center environment.
Responsible for researching and resolving customer inquiries to customer satisfaction and or identifying and escalating second level issues.
Ability to handle more indepth or complex issues.
Train new hires.
Excellent verbal communication skills required.
Excellent listening skills required.

Must have basis PC and Microsoft Office comprehension.
Basic Qualifications: Required Skills:
Three years' experience in Customer Service
This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA. Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered.
