Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Leadership of the Condition Assessment Community of Practice including building and guiding business development, project management, and technical delivery of condition assessment work.
This role will play an integral part in preparing future business planning for our Asset Management strategic initiatives
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing. Minimum of 15 years related work experience.
Preferred Job Qualifications
15+ years of experience with a strong understanding of business development processes and an overall understanding of condition assessment.
Business development capabilities included the ability to work throughout the Americas helping to position for work in close coordination with local Client Service Managers and project Managers; strategy development; market segmentation; and orchestrating workshops and client meetings.
An understanding of the condition assessment process is important, with experience which could include field inspections, inspection technologies, interpretation of field data, and rehabilitation/replacement recommendations and technologies.
