A Well established London based firm of consulting structural engineers is seeking a Revit Technician to join their large and experienced team.|
They are based near a Central Line tube station and are in a popular zone 1 location. The office building is newly renovated with cutting edge technology to ensure the best possible end result. This market leading practice has a varied portfolio of structural projects under its belt. With over 30 years in the industry they have built excellent relationships with architects, developers, contractors and other construction professionals.
Projects vary from minor alterations and extensions to major new builds and refurbishment projects, using the most recent developments in materials and construction techniques. They are experts in the repair and restoration of many historic buildings as well as having worked with leading architects on the design of many modern buildings.
They currently have a team of structural technicians who are all up to speed with Revit, this software is becoming more popular with clients and the consultancy have successfully implemented a structure to ensure the program is used effectively. At this stage they now seek a proficient structural technician who has experience within a building structures consultancy.
* Experience using Revit Structure on modelling buildings
* Knowledge of British Standards and general construction
* Be a proficient AutoCAD user
* Have practical detailing experience with steel, concrete, timber & masonry
* Have worked alongside design engineers to produce detailed drawings
