Transportation Planning is a key focus in New Zealand just now and we are looking to strengthen our team in Wellington with the addition of a Senior or Principal Transportation Planner. You'll be involved with a mixture of transportation capital and network management projects where you'll need to show your technical leadership both locally and across New Zealand. Driving current business opportunities and developing relationships with emerging clients will also be vital to your role.
Your technical expertise is a given, together with strong project development skills which will enhance our current performance plus some experience of leading a team. We would prefer you are a registered professional engineer but if you can demonstrate you have the experience to apply for registration that will also be considered. You will have previous experience of building lasting relationships with clients and marketing technical services to gain new commissions plus the flexibility to work outside of Wellington and overseas on occasions.
