The Role
The Product Manager will work alongside our VP and SVP of Product on a variety of new product initiatives and will liaison between Business Owners and Engineering to facilitate product development, technical issue escalation, and prioritization of resources.
  • Design and write specifications for a variety of product suites
  • Work with VP of Product to manage product roadmaps
  • Provide sales support, including business-level discussions and detailed product and technical meetings with customers
  • Cooperatively manage complicated projects involving multiple teams to launch products on schedule
  • Reviewing key metrics, analyses and trends to continuously improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Build new product areas that complement existing suite of products
  • Responsible for the planning and definition of product requirements that meet business objectives
  • Translate business requirements into product specifications and work closely with engineering teams to translate in to technical specifications
  • Oversee projects through the product development lifecycle from inception through production handling all coordination between cross-functional teams
  • Develop supporting documentation and training materials for support of release, marketing and sales efforts
  • Work closely with marketing team to deliver collaterals and promotional elements to meet objectives for lead generation/awareness and client deployment
  • Other duties as assigned

About You
  • Four to six years of consumer Product Management experience with a device manufacturer, internet or communications service provider.
  • Understanding of product lifecycle from inception through delivery and post-delivery support
  • Technical experience and background required; the ideal candidate will understand multi-product, highly-complex, interconnected software environments and an understanding of the full software development life cycle
  • Ability to lead a cross-functional team and show progress on every task
  • Expertise in relationship building and relationship management
  • Good judgment in key issue identification and resolution spanning multiple departments throughout the customer deployment lifecycle
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent efforts
  • Ability to use data as a key driver in defining and measuring success
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, performance-driven environment
