We are looking for a resourcer to join a highly successful team in London. You will have a background in technical recruitment and excellent experience of building relationships with clients and candidates. You will have strong recruitment skills gained in a technical role and be eager to develop your career in a successful business.
On a daily basis in this role you will be responsible for contract recruitment and will proactively manage a database of candidates ensuring that they are kept informed and receive a high level of customer service. You will telephone screen, interview and register candidates in line with company standards, either in person or by phone. You will resource candidates from websites and contact them to qualify suitability for roles. You will take detailed job descriptions from clients and pro actively facilitate the matching process of candidates to client requirements.
