If you are interested in making an impact, then General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) is the place for you. GDMS has an opening for an Entry-level Integration and Test Engineer to join a team of engineers that design and manufacture a range of high-assurance, ruggedized computer systems, including mission computers, platform computing, special-purpose supercomputers and signal processing systems.
Entry-level Integration and Test Engineers participate in programs to research, design, develop, integrate and test new systems prior to production and deployment.
Responsibilities may include the following:
Candidates should demonstrate a thorough understanding of systems engineering principles. The Entry-level Integration and Test Engineer position requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent and at least 0 to two years of related experience.
A Department of Defense security clearance may be required. Applicants selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Candidates must demonstrate passion for innovation, a sophisticated understanding of various engineering and business systems and the ability to further advance GDMS offerings to the customer.
Candidate should have experience with Microsoft Office tools, low level software languages and scripting languages. Candidate should also have good written, verbal and presentation communication skills and the ability to produce effective, clear and concise technical documentation.
