  • We have two schools in Qatar, Mesaieed International School and Dukhan English School, in two distinct locations.
  • Mesaieed International School is a newly established school, 7 years old, operating within purpose built premises that are well equipped to support excellent teaching and learning opportunities across a broad and balanced curriculum.
  • The school has an amazing international ethos and is honoured to be at the centre of our Mesaieed community a short drive from Doha.
  • Dukhan English School has a long and established history in the Dukhan community and it is entering into a new phase of development to further enrich the learning experiences of the students.

  • Both schools educate approximately 1400 children from 3 to 18 years of age, representing over 40 different nationalities.

We are seeking top calibre EYFS professionals with excellent experience and references who will:
  • Ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.
  • Work in partnership with parents and carers.
  • Use knowledge of the EYFS to provide a broad and balanced curriculum with a balance of child initiated and adult led activities.
  • Deliver an organised programme of outdoor learning activities to encourage free flow for all children.
  • Facilitate daily routines that provide opportunities and experiences to develop in all areas of learning.
  • Provide language rich learning environments to expedite English language acquisition.
  • Be responsible for encouraging and developing further our culture of inspiration, enjoyment and success.
  • Plan, prepare and review the curriculum within a year group team, reflective of the EYFS.
  • Maintain accurate and informative observations/records that link to EYFS profile data and reflected in the learning journeys for every child.
  • Actively participate in and offer areas of staff CPD.
We are seeking top calibre KS1 and KS2 professionals with excellent experience and references who will:
  • Ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.
  • Work in partnership with parents and carers.
  • Use in depth knowledge of the 2014 National Curriculum to provide a broad and balanced curriculum.
  • Use experience of RWI programmes, phonics, literacy and language and spelling to improve standards of attainment.
  • Deliver Literacy lessons using the Talk for Writing (Pie Corbett) philosophy for teaching Literacy to improve standards of attainment.
  • Provide language rich learning environments to expedite English language acquisition.
  • Be responsible for encouraging and developing further our culture of inspiration, enjoyment and success.
  • Plan, prepare and review the curriculum within a year group team, reflective of the 2014 National Curriculum, clearly highlighting intervention strategies for EAL and SEND children.
  • Maintain accurate and informative assessment records that link to core subject data and show critical analysis of the progress and achievement for all children.
  • Actively participate in and offer areas of staff CPD
Qualifications and experience required
  • UK teacher training with DFE number and at least three years' relevant experience including successful teaching in a rapidly improving British curriculum primary school (Ofsted or BSO "good" or "outstanding").
