Lead the Sales Strategy for a region in India, increase the market share for JCI Security Product, and drive for revenue growth in the region. Effectively develop/manage channel partners and work towards a larger roadmap for SP.|
• Enhance end customer focus, drive for revenue growth - 30%
• Working with Independent consultants and provide them with Pre sales support, ensure SP Specs in upcoming projects - 30%
• Marketing promotion to increase market awareness of SP products/solution - 10%
•Develop relevant new channel partners, capable of delivering large / medium / small sized projects as the case may be - 30%
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in security industry, and proven record of success. Total 4-8 years of experience.
