Primary Purpose of the Job: |
- Provide strategic Qatarisation consultation to company executives and senior department managers in formulating the visions and incorporating strategies, some without precedence, and appropriate best working practices into company Qatarisation goals.
- Manage the Energy and Industry Sector Strategic Qatarisation Plan and the Annual Qatarisation Awards Program (for various Companies).
- Join the Chairman, or where necessary, individually liaise at the senior level with representatives from the Qatar educational community, ministries, agencies and private sector institutions.
- Support the Chairman in organizing applicable meetings, such as the Steering Committee and the Annual Qatarisation Review Meeting.
Experience & Skills:
- Degree educated in relevant Management/HR discipline.
- Circa 15 years relevant experience, including practical hands-on experience as an HR practitioner, with a sound understanding of training or development practices and practical experience of Qatari development and career planning at the senior level.
