Job Title: Contract Sales Consultant – Regional Accounts |

Reporting to: Sales Manager – Regional Accounts
The role of the Contract Sales Consultant (BDM) is focused on technical sales of our full solution profile to drive installation revenues within our Regional Accounts Channel.
Through proactive planning and driven sales activity, the role is to develop and maximise relationships for construction/M&E contractor opportunities. The role will also involve the identification and pursuing of new business opportunities (ABI) for development, for example new build or major extension projects.
Possessing solid product knowledge and understanding of technical specifications, the Contract Sales Consultant surveys sites, prepares costs, specifications and quotations that meet the requirements and needs of the project. For large and/or complex proposals an Estimator or Technical Bid Manager will support through the formation of a bid team.
All activity, planning and sales processes are managed by the Sales Consultant through NA, our CRM application.
