Provides technical or industry knowledge to contribute to the completion of multiple or all engagement phases of an Oracle CC&B project. Scope and size of projects they contribute to are generally medium to large in size.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Consulting Capability:
o Transfers knowledge, capabilities, and skills to improve others' knowledge and skill levels
o Enhances established working relationships with team members and management from within the client's organization
o Contributes to quality review on own engagements
o Ascertains and meets client expectations within scope of engagement role
o Develops applicable knowledge bases by using best practices to redefine tools and techniques. Outlines specific performance measures, targets, and goals to articulate the business case for realized efficiencies or added value
o Challenges client's current strategy and direction through persuasive argument. Defines competitive advantage and achievable value to the client through use of the strategic change components and metrics. Formulates issue-based hypotheses and develops analytical plan for testing. Contributes to analysis of impact of strategic changes by defining linkages and interdependencies.
• Oracle CC&B Capability (In the area of Customer Service and Devices):
o Translate customer solution designs/ business requirements into high quality functional designs within agreed timeframes
o Assist the onsite solution architect in the creation of the Solution Designs
o Understand client business processes and business requirements
o Provide product implementation advice
o Ability to research various solution alternatives
o Collaborate with solution architect to ensure that solution meet business requirements and allow future flexibility
o Develop/review estimates for custom build points identified in solution designs
o Develop/review detailed estimates based on functional designs
o Support the creation and/or create System/Integration Test Plans and user training documentation
o Liaise with the Development Team and participate in design walkthroughs, discuss/explain functional requirements and dissect into logical functional sections
o Facilitate the resolution of functional design specification issues as they arise during the development process.
• Industry Knowledge Capability:
o Utilizes specialized knowledge to produce moderately complex work products and solutions across many phases of an engagement or one phase of a more complex engagement
o Applies appropriate methods or recognized equivalent to identified client needs
o Anticipates and resolves technical problems with occasional technical assistance from others
o Develops, presents, and defends conclusions, recommendations, and implementation plans
o Contributes to quality reviews of assigned engagements
o Analyzes and applies best practices knowledge of the industry

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of Oracle CC&B architecture.
• Knowledge of Oracle CC&B functional areas: Customer Service and Devices.

Preferred Job Qualifications
• Knowledgeable in all Functional Areas of CC&B and technically astute
