We are currently looking for a talented Bilingual Data Entry / Call Center Agent to join our Brampton office.
Individual will be responsible for creating, updating and maintaining customer information to TycoIS Standards. Respond to verbal and written queries from customers, both internal and external regarding database updates. Applicant will be trained to provide specialized telephone technical support and panel programming to field technicians and end user customers. Applicant must be fluently bilingual.
