Primary Purpose of the Job:
  • Carry out Document Control duties including maintaining comprehensive filing system, handling incoming and outgoing mail including receiving, distributing, sending, reporting and uploading in the Enterprise Content Management System (ECM).
  • In addition, the incumbent is also expected to provide back up to the Personal Assistant in performing various secretarial and clerical duties.
  • Completion of Secondary education (12 years) followed by at least 6 months training in stenography or secretarial work at recognized institute.
Experience & Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in secretarial work.
  • Computer skills (MS Office2007, Power Point, Internet and Email).
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English. Type in English at 45-50 w.p.m. and take shorthand at the rate of 80 w.p.m.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
