UTC Aerospace Systems Business Development division is looking for a qualified intern to join their team. The Mexico Regional Office promotes effective communication to strengthen business relations between representatives of UTC Aerospace Systems and representatives of City, State, and Federal Government in Mexico. Our responsibilities and activities include but are not limited to the following: Supplier and potential supplier visits and meetings, government incentive lobbying and allocation, process government permits, coordinate government representative visits and meetings, and active participation in aerospace associations. Our office serves as a liaison between potential UTC Aerospace Systems suppliers interested in establishing operations in Mexico and government entities. We coordinate and execute a series of Aerospace tradeshows and events throughout the year to promote our company's brand in the Mexican Aerospace Sector and meet new suppliers to strengthen UTC's entire value chain with supplier quality and reliability. |
OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER Must currently attend an accredited four-year college or university pursuing a Bachelor's degree majoring International Business, Administration, Law, Industrial Engineering or other Business-related major. With:
•Strong academic record.
•English proficiency 90%
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities; must be able to multi-task.
•Self-starter with good organizational and project management skills and an eye for details.
•Willingness to learn with demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, & adaptability.
•Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must work independently efficiently, across functional lines, and with internal customers.
