My client is a reputable housebuilder currently seeking a Technical Manager to oversee various schemes for the company acting as a no.2 to the Technical Director, ranging from £5-15m. Majority of works are traditional build and within the Surrey / Sussex areas. The successful Technical Manager will be based in Leatherhead reporting into Technical Director as his no.2.
Successful Technical Managers will have the following:

* Traditional experience
* Experience of working on residential projects
* Experience with management of co-ordinators
* Hold a construction related degree
* Proven track record of managing projects as a lead Technical Manager
In return this housebuilder can offer the successful Technical Manager:

* A basic salary of up to £70k
* Car allowance or company car
* Pension
* Health care
* Bonus scheme
