The selected applicant will receive training and certification as a Black Belt. Upon completion of training, they will function as an IT Improvement Project Lead for the Service and Support organizations (e.g., Materials, Quality, Planning, IT and Finance). In this role, they will support conduct of IT projects and implement associated process changes to streamline Service and Support processes, improve quality, reduce cost and improve schedule performance. They will also coordinate related process governance meetings to manage the change process and system integration following implementation.

Responsibilities include:
• Analyze functional and customer needs to identify system and process change opportunities
• Serve as Project Lead for numerous Service and Support IT Improvement Projects
• Establish functional requirements, and work with EB IT to establish system requirements and identify solutions that meets requirements
• Interface with EB IT, CSC and outside vendors to achieve project schedule and cost goals
• Organize multiple concurrent project schedules into manageable activities and milestones for team members, provide management with project status updates, and resolve barriers to success
• Collaborate with system owners and area leadership to recommend, plan for and coordinate the implementation of system upgrades, patches and enhancements, including new applications and hardware
• Develop and maintain a common strategy for IT enhancements between Service and Support Functional Areas, EB IT and CSC
• Coordinate periodic process governance meetings with system owners and area leadership
• Ensure systems are aligned with policies and procedures, including access limitations
• Ensure training and related policies/procedures are updated
• Maintain awareness of current Service and Support Business Area IT trends
• Provide retrieval ability to produce data for analysis and decision making

Candidates must be capable of combining assertive initiative with professional discipline to accomplish challenging tasks, and work as Change Agents to remove barriers that hinder change.
