Manage Regional IT needs for Construction Company, including IFS and ancillary solutions, related databases and strategic plan to ensure they are aligned to business outcomes. |
•Recognises, investigates and manages ERP solution opportunities and contributes to the ERP roadmap.
•Ensures IT general controls such as access and change control and compliant with a high standard of internal control.
•Identifies, evaluates and makes recommendations/decisions based on all technical options available internally and externally.
•Identifies and resolves all issues related to database systems to ensure that systems are online and without service interruption
•Capable of managing and balancing support functions with solution delivery functions.
•Understands business strategy and cascades business intelligence needs to the database level
•Develop and champion subject matter experts in strategic disciplines and contributes to knowledge development across the organisation in collaboration with wider MWH Training function(s).
•Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the business / partners (internal/external) in a matrix management environment and actively measures and manages supply chain partners direction and performance.
•Define, set standards and monitor performance management criteria, standards, charge backs, and targets for vendors.
•Maintain processes to ensure business requirements are documented, communicated, understandable, and usable by all stakeholders involved in solution delivery.
•Provide business systems that meet the requirements and governance standards of the Global business.
•Provide support to the business in maximising the value derived from the systems. Identify gaps and opportunities with business systems and provide knowledge plans on how to optimise systems.
•Identifies, evaluates, and makes recommendations on solution performance management using justifiable measurements.
•Manages the performance and growth of the Solutions Analyst through leadership and by creating and maintaining a positive culture of accountability.
•Ensure your own continuous professional development by participating in external networking/conferences/associations/groups. Maintain a positive and solution oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback.
•Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role
