A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a "Ariba P2P Process Enablement Lead" to join our team in "United States".

Position Functions or Responsibilities: The Opportunity
Our SAP Ariba Practice is leading NTT's transformation from service provider to systems integrator. . As a result, you will have the opportunity to work with some of top companies in the country that are implementing innovative technology solutions with SAP Ariba's On-Demand Solutions across multiple industry verticals.

In these roles you will have the opportunity to:
  • Plan, define and implement the Ariba On-Demand Supplier Enablement and Catalog Enablement processes in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Support the Procurement process (PTO and P2P) including enablement of network and punch-out catalogs.
  • Drive supplier on-boarding, supplier catalog enablement, configure templates, and assist with Contract conversion process.
  • Manage SDLC from understanding business requirements, applying best practice design techniques, configuration, prepare functional and technical specifications, end user training and project documentation as needed.
  • Provide expertise in solution design, functional specifications and technical specifications and work with technical resources to design and implement system enhancements and customizations.
  • Conduct process analysis, interacting with business for requirements gathering, solution configuration, testing for Procurement and Logistics processes.
  • Prepare test scripts, manage and execute testing with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Required Skills:
  • 8+ years as a functional lead in Procurement with focused experience in the Discrete Manufacturing industry where you implemented procurement, supply chain and logistics processes across multiple business units and geographical regions.
  • 2+ years of functional experience working with at least two of the following components of Ariba - Indirect Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Enablement, Contracts management and Ariba Network where you utilized SAP methodologies and industry best practices in design techniques, solutioning and configuration.
  • 2+ years hands-on experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ECC back end systems including SAP MM/IM and bi-directional interfaces
  • 2+ years of experience standardizing and governing master data
