We are looking for an individual that is a leader and has the ability to make a difference, can proactively manage risks and influence others to successfully deliver projects. Candidate must have strong technical capability and excellent communication and project management skills. Candidate must be willing to take on new challenges and opportunities, as well as, having significant skills and experience as a senior professional working in a multi-disciplinary consultant team or on behalf of our clients in project teams. You will be required to plan, manage and monitor work using a variety of typical tools, including Microsoft Office, Project etc. The position requires occasional overnight travel. Opportunities may also arise to work in other areas of the US and possibly overseas. Key responsibilities include:
      • Participating in business development activities
      • Client relationship establishment and management
      • Establishing sales goals and delivering on those goals
      • Serving as a part of the local office leadership team

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
      • A minimum of 15 years' experience in traffic engineering or research-related activities
      • Must have managerial/supervisory experience
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
      • Candidates should have project management experience with the ability to manage project scope, schedule and budget and staff within multiple offices
      Extensive Experience with TDOT and other Tennessee clients is critical
      • Tennessee Professional Engineer registration is required
      • Bachelors Degree in Engineering is required
