Civil Designer - Transportation Infrastructure

Due to the continuous success of our Asia Pacific operations, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Civil Designer to join our Transportation team .This role will be based in our Gold Coast (Nerang) office with the opportunity to work on a wide range of challenging projects.

The successful candidate we are seeking will ideally possess the following:
      • Associate Degree (Civil Engineering) or Equivalent.
      • Typically 5-9 years' experience in a consultancy environment with experience in road design, drainage services or other civil engineering design.
      • Knowledge of relevant industry related Australian Standards, local Road Authority Standards and other road and civil design standards.
      • Well-developed use and understanding of 2D and 3D CADD software and 3D modelling and how it applies to transport infrastructure including proven proficiency in 12D Model and AutoCAD software.
      • Understanding of related safety in design practices and processes with particular emphasis on road safety outcomes.
      • Exposure to different disciplines and project models.
      • Skilled in the preparation of high level and complex technical design documentation.
      • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
      • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
