Due to the recent changes in our business, WSP & Parsons Brinckerhoff will be undertaking and integration process early 2015 for the Australia Pacific region. We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to work closely with our senior executives in coaching and influencing what the key behaviours of effective change leaders should look like in our business.
This role will require the suitable person to have a significant amount of communications experience to lead and roll-out the ANZ comms strategy for the integration of the two businesses.
The suitable person for this role will be experienced in:
      • The development of a comprehensive and integrated change management plan for the business that will facilitate and support the required people and cultural shifts, l enabling the successful adoption of the change by the business.
      • The completion of all change deliverables deemed appropriate for the particular areas - including stakeholder analysis, communication and stakeholder management plans, change impact assessments and change implementation plan.
      • Analyse key objectives and people and business impacts of the business and recommend the necessary change initiatives and support required for effective implementation to meet required outcomes.
      • Identify the risks and contingencies affecting delivery of change activities and design and implement solutions as required.
      • Providing ongoing change management coaching, advice and support to the business, General Managers, Operational Line Managers and other key stakeholders.
