Lead Hull Maintenance Field Engineer
This Position is Contingent Upon Project Award
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage and lead a team providing the overall maintenance, repair and upkeep of the Kuwait Desert Warrior & Repair and Recovery Vehicles Hull systems as well as provide hand-on support. Responsibilities include the Hull mounted Line Replaceable Units (LRUs), Engine, Transmission, Final Drive, Suspension system and other vehicle hardware located on or within the hull of the Desert Warrior Vehicle.
As the Lead, you will be supervising and providing direction to a team of Mechanics and Technicians; ensuring work priorities are met and that Unit operational readiness standards are met or exceeded; interfacing with the Program Office and providing daily input into maintenance status; and interfacing with local unit commanders and act as liaison with the Program Office.
