This position will support the Logistic Product and C4ISR PM with oversight of Logistics Engineering Support (LES) and C4ISR related efforts as required. Primary responsibilities will be to coordinate, plan and manage activities to ensure all efforts are in accordance with scope, cost and schedule contract requirements. Will be responsible for the oversight of program teams and management of conflicts within the projects. Close coordination with internal and external clients to manage resolution of design and logistics publication related issues, as required. Will be responsible for financial management, tracking and controls, including accurate forecasts of sales, orders and earnings, with specific duties including Operating Plan, Current Estimate and EAC creation. Must work well in a cross-functional matrix team based environment with various GDLS sites and organizations. Understanding/ Experience with the Army Acquisition system is critical. Will be responsible for contract proposals and pursuit of awards. Will review contracts, new or revised scope of work and other customer requests for program and budget impact.|
Bachelors degree required. Must have minimum 15 years experience in program management. Will consider fewer years with Stryker specific experience and/or additional education (Masters Degree). Military experience on Stryker is desirable. Must have strong communication, financial and leadership skills. Must be well versed in the Army Acquisition process. Experience working in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment interacting and collaborating regularly with Engineering, Finance, and Contracts departments towards achievement of contractual requirements. Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
