Job Summary
The Bids and Proposals Writer/Advisor role is responsible for the quality of bids, capability statements, awards and marketing collateral, presentations and other related content that forms part of the AECOM business development requirements.

This role involves a strong technical and marketing writing focus to develop and review client-facing materials in accordance with company guidelines.

We are looking for a self-starter who is able to manage their own workload while proactively seeking out opportunities for content improvement that is focused on client and market requirements.

Minimum Requirements
  • Appropriate tertiary qualification.
  • >3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in a business-to-business or professional services environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; report writing and development of proposals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Competent in MS Office suite.
  • Enthusiastic and takes initiative.
  • Highly organised and able to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications
  • A strong sense of commitment and a willingness to learn.
