About the Business Line
AECOM's Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM's Government business line and is comprised of three divisions - International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world. GSS supports the U.S. Government, non-U.S. Governments and industry clients with worldwide program management, planning, design, operations and maintenance, logistics, aviation services, security, international development, environmental and civil engineering and mission and intelligence support.

Job Summary
Job Duties: As a member of a growing team of analysts, the individual selected will be responsible for identifying and maintaining information that furthers the goals and objectives of the team. The individual must be fully capable of using and learning computer-based technologies to aid in the discovery and development of communications networks used by Foreign Intelligence targets. SIGINT reporting experience is a strong plus.

Literal both aurally and written, generating reports predicated on IGBO language material and fused with information obtained from other sources. Research and reports will be required on a variety of subjects as they relate to crimes or threats against U.S. interests. Knowledge of existing computer based technologies for target development, automated report generation, and language processing is required.

Minimum Requirements
The successful applicant will be a current DLPT 3/3 minimum Igbo linguist with at least 4 years of experience in the intelligence field. Excellent knowledge of SIGINT Analysis and use of computer-based technologies, along with a solid understanding of and proficiency in global network analysis and tools, is required. Individuals with a working knowledge of other regional languages will be given preference. Familiarity with MICROSOFT Word and other computer software is a must. A current active TS/SCI with a Polygraph (valid within the last 4 years) is required.

Preferred Qualifications
GLOBAL SKILLS: Excellent research, collaboration, documentation and coordination skills are required. The individual must have the ability to work independently, as well as within the framework of a team. Good interpersonal skills are critical. Qualified individuals should be able to work collaboratively in a compartmented environment and within the U.S. Intelligence Community and LECI. It would also be helpful for the candidate to be familiar with the National SIGINT Process, SIGINT Production and Reporting, Passive and Active SIGINT Collection techniques, and target development.

KNOWLEDGE: Strong regional knowledge, history, culture, economic, religions, industries, current events and awareness of or familiarity with the state of a region's criminal activity is also a plus.
