Purpose of Role
The role is required in the Shared Admin Hub (based in Sheffield) and will be part of a time and attendance team supporting contracts operating in the Carillion Services Sector.
•Liaising with contracts regarding the time and attendance system providing system support to users. •Providing system training to users via skype presentation. •Handling day to day queries from users. •Adding additional staff to the system and completing accurate data updates to employee records. •Liaising will all levels of staff via email/phone/skype. •Monitoring systems and data. •Completing quality assurance of data for payroll. •Producing and reviewing of reporting on performance of contracts. •Completing general administrative tasks. •Requiring a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (specifically Excel).
