About the Business Line
AECOM's Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM's Government business line and is comprised of three divisions - International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world. GSS supports the U.S. Government, non-U.S. Governments and industry clients with worldwide program management, planning, design, operations and maintenance, logistics, aviation services, security, international development, environmental and civil engineering and mission and intelligence support.

Job Summary
  • Work in and outside the warehouse handling materials, supplies and inventory.
  • Transport materials and equipment between sites.
  • Pick up and deliver materials, equipment and supplies in and around the local area
  • Load, transport and unload material operating vehicles less than 26,000 lbs
  • Load and Unload vehicles using forklifts, power jacks and or/ hand trucks
  • Receive and deliver materials and equipment to customer internal to the facility
  • Pack and Crate items for shipment
  • Perform other task as related to logistics

Minimum Requirements
  • Possess and maintain valid Drivers License
  • Able to obtain and maintain fork lift, electric hand truck certification
  • Driving record must meet AECOM insurance carrier standards
  • Ability to comprehend oral and written communication
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to accomplish assigned task
  • Basic fundamental computer skills
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and purchase order tracking for accountability/ receiving

Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of the Safeguard of government property
  • High School, Technical School, Apprenticeship, Trade School graduate or equivalent.
  • One year truck driving experience
  • Must be U.S. Citizen, able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
