Government Services
We have the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world. AECOM Government Services supports the U.S. federal government with worldwide program management, planning, design, operations and maintenance, logistics, aviation services, security, international development, environmental and civil engineering and mission and intelligence support.

Job Summary
The Intelligence Analyst shall have a minimum of four (4) years of SIGINT and directly related intelligence analysis experience, one of the Service Cryptologic Elements, and/or another U.S. Government intelligence agency. Part of this experience shall have been within two (2) years of starting on this contract. The experience shall include aspects of technical analysis in one or more disciplines and drafting reports for editing and quality control by Senior Intelligence Analysts or Government-designated analysts. Travel may be required.

Minimum Requirements

  • 4 years experience with the usage of SIGINT database repositories and analytic tools to include an understanding of the SIGINT Collection/Collection Management architecture.
  • Experience in performing analysis/fusion of collected intelligence data.
  • A current active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with a Polygraph (polygraph must be valid within the last 4 years) is required.
  • Must be willing to work irregular hours/shifts if mission dictates.
  • Able to independently produce serialized SIGINT end product reports and perform quality control.
  • Working knowledge in (DNI) analysis and use of computer based technologies along with a solid understanding of and basic proficiency in global network analysis and tools.
  • Military experience in signals intelligence, all-source analysis, writing and reporting.
  • Using geographic information tools in SIGINT environment.
  • Understanding of SIGINT Collection/ Collection Management architecture and data flow.
  • Using multi-INT analysis, fusion, and report intelligence data.
  • Performing analysis/fusion of collected intelligence data.
  • Developing concepts of operations, strategies, metrics, and doing research.
  • SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) experience.
  • SIGINT Geospatial Analysis (SGA) experience.
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Technical Analysis in one or more disciplines and drafting reports for editing and quality control.
  • Work independently and as a team member.
  • Apply Knowledge and mentor Junior Analysts.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from a US institution.
