A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a BI Technical Lead to join our team in New York, NY
Position Functions or Responsibilities: The Technical lead will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and support of Business Intelligence and Reporting solutions.
The Technical lead will work closely with Solutions Architect to implement Business Intelligence and Reporting solutions following industry best practices.
The Business Intelligence Technical lead will be responsible for creating and reviewing data models and will play a role in defining and building OLAP cubes, applying data mining algorithms, aggregating data from multiple data sources, and designing reports.
Candidate will be responsible for managing ETL implementation and enhancements, testing and quality assurance, troubleshooting issues and ETL/Query performance tuning; writing technical documentation and routine production ETL process support; plus all related job functions.
Candidate will Work collaboratively with team members and business partners in defining, designing, developing and implementing Business Intelligence solutions using key Business technology stack (for e.g. SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS)
Candidate will interpret and transform information based on business requirements and provide the data for delivery in support of different data initiatives including data warehousing.
Translate data structures within the enterprise and establish appropriate data models for analysis and reporting utilizing data views, dimensions, cubes, and Multidimensional Expressions (MDX) in accordance with Latest industry standards.
Participate in the planning and implementation of BI projects, which includes the design and execution of test plans to ensure a successful implementation. Track and report development progress and performance on a regular basis.
Basic Qualifications: 8+ Years of BI experience
This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA. Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered.
