The successful candidate will be required to manage the Physical Installation mechanical project work packages and design team through the whole design life cycle ensuring Quality, Cost & Delivery (QCD).
You will provide leadership and technical direction to Physical Installation engineers within the project team and external design houses ensuring adherence to engineering processes to provide high quality designs that meet customer's requirements.
Maintaining close contact with engineers on status of their work package. Communicating and enforcing the engineer's responsibility for tracking their progress and adherence to budgeted hours through task planning. You will be required to develop action plans and coordinate resources to address and resolve problems as needed.
Report on the status of the engineering progress and budget to ensure all tasks are delivered within the budgeted hours. Deploying and identifying resources to support the project deliverables, including our offshore team, within the engineering budget.

Your Experience and Qualifications
As a successful candidate you have significant experience in a relevant role
- Engineering Degree in relevant technical area
- Chartered status
- Minimum 3 years experience in a relevant sector
- Very good English language skills (both written and oral)
- Problem solving skills, leadership strengths
