Are you a Senior Technical Manager that is seeking that next step up in responsibility? This is a very rare and exciting opportunity. My client is a leading Developer within the UK construction sector producing medium to high spec developments ranging from 50-2,000 units. This particular division have 4 new projects in the pipeline of a large scale in London.
A very exciting opportunity has arisen due to growth for a Senior Technical Manager to support the Technical Director as a number 2. The position will be heavily Pre-Construction focused to begin with a view to moving projects on to site and managing the staff on site You will also be required to sort issues out on existing sites when they arise.
This is a new position for the company and the Technical Director is seeking a Senior Technical Manager with very good experience within Pre-Construction and Delivery on residential projects. It's important the senior Technical Manager is strong in both areas. It's a great opportunity for someone to strengthen their career. Management of staff will come into play when your projects go to site, the company is well resourced as existing staff members will come over from existing projects that are due for completion.
This will be a challenging role with a high amount of responsibly, however this will also be a very rewarding role and the chance to manage projects and co-ordinate teams from the very beginning. The role is a new position and so it is up to the Senior Technical Manager to work hard and take this position to where he wants it to go! The sky is the limit.
The salary on offer is a reflection of the experience and dedication the Senior Technical Manager can bring to the this Developer in London.
Salary : £85-95k + bonus, healthcare, pension and £7k car allowance.
