About the Business Line
AECOM's Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM's Government business line and is comprised of three divisions - International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world. Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a C2 Systems Engineer to support I Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF) Survivable Conventional Force Requirements and Technical Analysis of Combat Operations for the Commanding General, I MEF and Survivable Installations and Force Requirements for the Commander, Marine Corps Installations West.
Duties / responsibilities may include:

  • Establish network information requirements in the development of networking infrastructure in support of MAGTF exercises.
  • Design architecture to include the software, hardware and communications to support exercise requirements
  • Integrate DoD C4I infrastructure to include but not limited to Blue Force Tracker, Joint World Wide Intelligence Communication System, Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System, Command Post of the Future, Command and Control Personal Computer ad Theater Battle Management Core System
  • Ensure that the network/transport layers of the common operating environment are compliant
  • Evaluate analytically and systematically problems of work flows and network usage, organization and planning and develop appropriate corrective action

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Math, Electrical Engineering, or related field. At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to multi-task& support multiple priorities. Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
U.S. Citizenship required and a TOP SECRET Security Clearance/SCI eligible.
