About the Business Line
AECOM's Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM's Government business line and is comprised of three divisions - International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world. GSS supports the U.S. Government, non-U.S. Governments and industry clients with worldwide program management, planning, design, operations and maintenance, logistics, aviation services, security, international development, environmental and civil engineering and mission and intelligence support.
AECOM has an opportunity for a Course Planner and Instructor Cyber Analysis to join our team supporting Counter Threat & Capabilities Integration at Camp Dawson, WV.
Provide A/V support and maintenance, device & network support and maintenance
Curriculum development & Instruct for 4-6 week duration (3x per year). Additionally, support all previously mentioned descriptions for 4-6 week duration (3x per year).
Articulate information that is relevant to the course.
Speak to large and small audiences from all military, non-military organizations and chains of command.
Expertly use classroom media and devices, including PowerPoint, digital projectors, etc.
Assist in developing realistic training scenarios to replicate real-world operations based on past SOF operational experience.
Plan, coordinate, schedule and conduct program improvements.
Use social media monitoring and analytics.
Minimum of a High school level education.
Prefer a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in social or psychological science or influence sciences (communications, marketing, and/or advertising); computer science; Network Analysis; International Studies, Conflict Studies, Communications, Government, Homeland Security, Criminal Justice.
Minimum of 2-6 years of relevant experience in A/V Support and Maintenance, Device & Network Support and Maintenance.
Minimum of two (2) or more years' real-world experience and familiarity with Special Operations Forces (SOF) operational procedures within SOF or Special Missions Units in the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).
Must have experience working in this field within the last six months; candidate must demonstrate the ability to remain current in this field of expertise; social engineering training or equivalent experience; professional experience in social media influence/marketing/analysis; Special Operations Forces or related operational/operational support experience to make digital relevant to Op mission sets; data science equivalent experience; prefer Government, Homeland Security, Criminal Justice, etc. or equivalent experience
Experience with social media monitoring and conducting human analysis and machine analysis with various commercial and/or government tools.
Experience as an all-source and/or OSINT analyst
Social media professionalization references (i.e., training/educational/presentation certifications from notable SM conferences or courses)
Security certifications highly desirable (e.g. SANS / GIAC, CISSP, GCIA, GCIH).
Demonstrable experience and knowledge of digital platforms such as Tinder and Snapchat.
Demonstrable experience blogging, building websites, search engine optimization techniques, networking, working on the deep/dark web.
Preferred experience in legal/policy related to cyber analysis, research, investigation, and engagement.
Preferred experience in course planning
Must have a current SECRET security clearance with eligibility for Top Secret with SCI.
Must have a valid state driver's license without any prior convictions for traffic violations (Last 5 Years).
The ability to travel worldwide.
