About the Business Line
AECOM's Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM's Government business line and is comprised of three divisions - International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world. GSS supports the U.S. Government, non-U.S. Governments and industry clients with worldwide program management, planning, design, operations and maintenance, logistics, aviation services, security, international development, environmental and civil engineering and mission and intelligence support.
AECOM has an opportunity for a Senior Acquisition Support Manager with an active Secret clearance to join our team at Tinker AFB, OK.
Applies a full range of acquisition program management and sustainment philosophies, policies, and procedures, to perform a wide range of acquisition/sustainment management activities in support of the existing and future programs in the B-2 Division. Applies an understanding of current Department of Defense (DoD) and Air Force acquisition instructions, guidelines, policies, and processes. Supports the acquisition program management of full life cycle requirements for systems, subsystems, and equipment. Assists with the development of documentation, such as, but not limited to, Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs) and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), Statements of Objectives (SOOs), PWSs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Urgent Operational Need (UON), Initial Capabilities Document (ICD), Capability Development Documents (CDD), Capability Production Documents (CPD), Service/Air Force Core Function Master Plan (CFMP), Analysis of Alternatives, Sustainment Metrics, Technical Reviews, and Life Cycle Cost, Modeling, and Simulation. Supports the review of proposals as assigned by the customer. Assists in the coordination of documentation between functional resources (to include: financial, management, procurement, systems/software engineering, testing, and logistics) and assist with the consolidation of their inputs into common documents; assisting in planning for the accomplishment of various program milestones. Provides assistance in risk management, project management, process improvement support, and logistics support.
Bachelor's degree and 15 years of experience or a Master's degree and 10 years of experience. Experience working on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.
ACTIVE Secret clearance is required at the time of hire
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Office
Attention to detail and excellent communication skills required
