Support the new customer account process for Engine Control Services & Actuation Systems and assist with the introduction of system data integrity for Engine Control Services.
• Perform data gathering and analysis tasks to support the Customer Service Desk and Business Development with managing the introduction of new customers.
• Perform data gathering and analysis tasks to support the management of material master in SAP.
• Develop data management tools and standard work to improve efficiency.
• Support the Customer Service Desk with loading orders in SAP.
• Be able to confidently manage customer expectations.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Be focused and driven to deliver results.
• Have good excel skills and comfortable looking at data.
• Be computer literate in Microsoft packages.
• Have good written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of SAP would be useful but not essential.
Presently studying for a relevant degree or equivalent
