Job Responsibilities:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead, identify and pursue opportunities for our National Construction team and our operation in Victoria. You will be responsible for ensuring a strong business development culture across the business and proactively develop business and client relationships. Reporting to the National Operations Leader - Construction and Regional Leader - Victoria, you will work closely and be a vital member of our regional business development and marketing team.

Our Construction team offers specialist construction services for our clients. They specialise in the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects where the design and construction elements are integrated. Our construction projects incorporate the benefits of Golder's world-wide technical expertise, health and safety culture, designers and construction specialists.

Job Requirements:
You will be a positive, outgoing and driven individual with a passion for building business relationships and winning work through business development initiatives. Your demonstrated business development experience and existing client relationships within the construction market and other sectors including Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Mining will be highly regarded. Degree qualified, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with a diverse group of people. Previous experience in environmental science or engineering services is desirable.
