Java Technical Lead|
Are you ready to become a Technical Lead, someone who is a competent and experience Java Developer but now wants to step up and take ownership of a team?
I am looking for a Technical lead to head up a team of highly technical developers. My client is of the South West's leading software houses that develop software for some of the UK's biggest names.
This isn't completely a hands off role as there may be an aspect where you will need to look at and fix code. Your day to day role will involve working closely with Project Managers, Architects and other Technical Leads within the business.
You will be running agile sprints/stand ups also design projects, ensemble teams then implement and lead the team throughout the project. You will be leading a team of Java Developers between 4-10.
- 5+ Java Development experience
- JEE, Spring, Hibernate , Junit
- Confidence with presenting technical problems
- Ability to estimate, plan and supervise projects and staff up to 10.
- Experience of System Integration
- Full software lifecycle exposure
- Experience of improving working practices
- Knowledge of software development tools, technologies and methods.
