We have an immediate opportunity for a position as Europe & CIS Manager/Director in the Airline Marketing group of Bombardier Commercial Aircraft (BCA). T he position is located in Farnborough, UK and in your role, you will:
  • Support the marketing objectives of the Commercial Division
  • Supervise and drive all Marketing activities and monitor campaigns taking place in the Europe & CIS region
  • Ensure and validate elaboration of marketing strategies to adopt for all sales campaigns in the Europe & CIS region and act as focal point for VP Marketing and regional VP Sales to develop and co-ordinate overall market approach
  • Prepare for and present to internal and external customers, including at conferences or public events, as necessary to convey relevant marketing messages
  • Maximize Bombardier image and reputation by establishing credibility and maintaining good working relationships with customers' management team and the aviation community
  • Develop and share internally an in-depth knowledge of Europe & CIS aviation market and trends
  • Be the manager and leader who develops and promotes new ideas and concepts to reinforce Bombardier competitive advantage through carefully designed marketing messages for the region
  • Coach and develop members of your team as required

As our ideal candidate,

  • You possess a Aeronautical master degree or an MBA in aviation and at least 10 years of experience in evaluating or marketing aircraft
  • You have a strong knowledge of Commercial Aviation with a wide network of contacts in the industry and an extensive understanding of aircraft marketing strategies and industry trends & dynamics
  • You have experience in managing effectively and developing people
  • You show strong analytical skills with the capability to develop innovative technical or marketing argumentations
  • You have a dynamic personality with excellent communication skills and are natural in commercial relations
  • You can deliver effective results in a timely way
  • You can deliver highly professional presentations to all levels of audience and to represent the company to its best advantage
  • You are motivated, passionate about aviation, flexible, dedicated and team player
  • You have a strong experience with use of computer programs and tools
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and possess other languages
  • You are able to work in a multi-national team and to develop long term relationships with different parties involved
