Scrum Master in Cardiff
Are you looking for a challenge in a fast growing digital client based just outside Cardiff as a brand new Scrum Master to join the team? You will work with multiple Development teams following Agile making sure each other the teams have the right tools in place to deliver each sprint. You will lead the Scrum meetings and become responsible for the product development.
The role
-As the first scrum master to join the team you will guide them to work to follow agile practices providing a safe environment with high levels of maturity.
-You will work closely with the Development Team Lead and Product Owner to continue delivering quality products keeping clients happy.
-Your challenge as the first Scrum Master will to identify any gaps in the Agile Framework.
-You will be responsible for conducting Agile reviews and lead Scrum meetings.
-First Level in Scrum Master Cert
-2 years min Scrum master experience in following SDLC.
-Strong knowledge of Web technologies.
-ATDD,TDD, Continuous integration, Testing and Automated testing.
-Kanban & FDD.
