About the Business Line
Our team of environment specialists offers clients expertise in air quality, impact analysis and permitting, environmental health and safety management consulting/due diligence, remediation consulting/engineering and construction/site restoration, specialty and emerging technologies, waste services and water and natural resources.

Job Summary
The Environment Division of AECOM is activity seeking a senior technical project manager for the Seattle, WA office who will join a strong team lead by AECOM's nationally recognized technical leader in the contaminated sediment arena.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
  • Strengthen and expand the practice both regionally and nationally
  • Design and implement dredging, stabilization, and capping projects for contaminated sediments
  • Build new client relationships through project work and communication
  • Maintain an understanding of current approaches and methods for sediment remediation
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, both internally and at conferences

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • 10 years experience with recognized expertise in the design of sediment remediation projects
  • Registered as a Professional Engineer
  • Demonstrated practical experience implementing projects to address contaminated sediments in rivers, harbors, or open water
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with clients, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Solid oral and written communication skills
  • A valid driver's license is required

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience relating to contaminated soil, groundwater, and storm water management is desirable
