Job Summary
The Transportation Division of AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Senior Scheduler for immediate employment in the New York, NY office. General responsibilities include all cost/schedule control functions in support of the Construction Management team.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Baseline schedule review and coordination of comments
  • Bid item breakdown review and analysis
  • DCB set-up, review and maintenance
  • Field production tracking and micro-scheduling
  • Produce contract variance reports with root cause and mitigation
  • Time impact studies, estimates and analysis
  • Schedule and cost maintenance of integrated project schedule
  • Cost forecasting using schedule analysis
  • Chair and coordinate monthly cost/schedule update meetings
  • Schedule recovery investigations and mitigation recommendations
  • Claims analysis
  • Support other program controls negotiations, as required
  • Presentation preparation and support
  • Support and coordinate all schedule controls issues with ESA scheduling manager
  • Review contractor payment applications

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business or equivalent
  • 10 years of related experience with a background in cost/schedule controls
  • Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Previous experience in project controls, scheduling and cost management

Preferred Qualifications
  • 15 years of related experience with a background in cost/schedule controls
