About the Business Line
AECOM's Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM's Government business line and is comprised of three divisions - International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world. GSS supports the U.S. Government, non-U.S. Governments and industry clients with worldwide program management, planning, design, operations and maintenance, logistics, aviation services, security, international development, environmental and civil engineering and mission and intelligence support.
The Contractor shall provide financial management/comptroller support for the F/B Directorate. The contractor shall provide documentation demonstrating successful completion of the CCAR Basic System Administrator Training course(s) (i.e., certificate of completion) prior to performance of work. The contractor shall have a minimum of two (2) years' experience with system administration of the CCAR application. Assist Budget Analyst with daily financial operations and Program Managers with forecasting and requirement's management in CCAR. The Contractor shall provide day-to-day CCAR maintenance (reconciliation and forecasting) to ensure the accuracy of the Government organizations' financial data within CCAR. The Contractor shall advise Government personnel on how to implement and configure CCAR support features to support Division business goals. The Contractor shall provide guidance on insertion of business process approval flows, budget definitions, business rules, user privileges, custom fields, and definable general data fields. The Contractor shall assist in researching DFAS posting errors and identify corrective actions. The Contractor shall maintain CCAR user accounts and privileges. The Contractor shall populate the CCAR System with user accounts, budget structures, custom field reporting, coordination workflows and system settings. The Contractor shall assist in sustainment and database administration of the CCAR application which includes program planning, financial budgeting, financial management, tracking and reporting and evaluating metrics. The Contractor shall ensure the CCAR database is properly tailored and configured to meet the Government's unique requirements.
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience is required or 11 years of experience in lieu of a degree. The contractor shall provide documentation demonstrating successful completion of the CCAR Basic System Administrator Training course(s) (i.e., certificate of completion) prior to performance of work. The contractor shall have a minimum of two (2) years' experience with system administration of the CCAR application.
An active Secret Clearance is required.
The candidate shall be proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Internet Explorer.
