Job Summary
The Construction/Project Management (CMPM) Division of AECOM is actively seeking a highly talented Project/Construction Manager for a renovation and security upgrades of a US Federal Building & Courthouse located in DC. The Project/Construction Manager will be physically located at the site as an extension of the project team and will coordinate with the contractor, subconsultants, owners staff and tenants as required for this renovation / security upgrades project.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist the project team as the on-site representative with duties to include but not limited to:
  • Construction management and oversight
  • Tenant coordination
  • Safety monitoring
  • RFI response
  • Inspection
  • Change order management

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Project and Construction Management experience on federal facilities including new construction and renovations
  • 10 years of construction and construction management experience on construction contracts and assignments in the $10 million range
  • Knowledge of all building trades to include: architectural, mechanical, electrical, site/civil and structural
  • Well-versed in computer applications, reporting, project documentation, subcontractor coordination, and safety
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized professional, with excellent communication skills and have the ability to build and maintain a team environment at all times
