Junior/ Intermediate Mechanical Estimator required!|
Are you looking for an M&E Estimating team to join where you will be able to develop and progress with the view to train your own team? I'm currently working with an M&E Contractor based in Central London who are looking at expanding their team.
Great location in a trendy part of London, with recently fitted out offices, this is a vibrant office to work in. Typical projects are between £250k and £1million within the fit out sector and occasionally dipping into residential. This contractor has been running for around 10 years now and has a solid base of clients and relationships in the London market which has enabled them to maintain a healthy order book with a projected turnover of around £20million.
The Estimating Manager heading up this team is focused on developing from within and training his staff to the highest level. For someone looking to step up this is a great opportunity to progress.
Please see below typical duties that will be included within the role but not limited to:
* Prepare tenders
* Breakdown client enquiries
* Measure/Assess quantities and prepare schedules if required
* Prepare detailed Mechanical estimates
* Support and help implement the company growth strategy
* Tender presentations
* Supporting contracts managers with variations and final accounts
* Ability to meet & exceed targets
* Self-motivating attitude
* Ability to work alone
* Experience working with M&E Sub Contractor
I am currently arranging interviews over the coming week as there are live projects to move onto. This can be a quick mover if your project is coming to an end or if you are looking for a new role.
