Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Planner/Scheduler to be based in San Luis Potosi, Mexico location for a 12 month period to support a field construction project for the automotive industry. The work is expected to begin in Jul 2016. This position will be responsible for managing a team of cost and schedule analysts, supported by an overall Project Management team, to execute a complete project controls system including cost, schedule, quantity tracking, earned value management and risk.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Plan work packages and Develop into Work Breakdown Structure
  • Develop detailed Critical Path Method construction activity schedule
  • Maintain an Integrated Construction Schedule, and coordinate and schedule all the activities for the CM Team
  • Assist in integrating the construction schedule into the production launch schedule
  • Prepare scheduling reports

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, business or related field, or demonstrated equivalent and related experience
  • 4 years of experience in scheduling, specifically developing and maintaining an integrated schedule
  • Ffield experience on industrial manufacturing construction projects
  • Experience working with MS Project and Primavera P6
  • Knowledge/ Experience:
  • Primavera P6 Client and Web interfaces and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in P6, Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint, Internet
  • Technical skills: Microsoft Office , Microsoft Project or similar, AutoCAD
  • Fluency in English
