About the Business Line
AECOM's Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM's Government business line and is comprised of three divisions - International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world. GSS supports the U.S. Government, non-U.S. Governments and industry clients with worldwide program management, planning, design, operations and maintenance, logistics, aviation services, security, international development, environmental and civil engineering and mission and intelligence support.

Job Summary
*This position is contingent upon contract award*

AECOM seeks a Logistics Manager to support our Global Mission Solutions unit supporting language programs within the Intelligence Community. The AECOM Logistics Manager will manage program logistics on a local to global basis achieving quality outcomes and client satisfaction and is responsible for overall program administrative, travel, and logistics requirements in alignment with AECOM's business strategy, goals and vision.
• Supervise activities and tasks in multiple logistic elements including packaging/handling/ storage/transportation, travel, and mail and courier operations. Additional duties require the Logistics Manager to support analyses, studies, problem identification and resolution, program planning and implementation. Duties also include preparing correspondence, documents, and reports for assigned logistics element(s)
• Coordination of travel to include travel dates, times, baggage requirements
• Coordinate required medical and visa requirements
• Collect, maintain, and manage USG and AECOM emergency information
• Liaise with USG and AECOM PM to ensure successful program logistics

Minimum Requirements

• Must hold active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor's Degree in business, management related field or equivalency
• Valid U.S. Passport
• Operational overseas experience
• Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing requirements
• Excellent communication, organization, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and manage work efficiently under stress and time constraints
• Ability to interact effectively in a multicultural environment
• At least 10 years of demonstrated and relevant work experience including:

• At least 1 year of experience making travel arrangements for domestic and foreign travel in an IC environment
• Proven experience managing medical and visa requirements
• Proven experience supporting OCONUS travel including safety procedures


Domestic and International travel as required

Preferred Qualifications
• At least five (5) years of experience with service delivery to primary Intelligence Community activities
• Overseas experience with substantive knowledge of various intelligence/information gathering operations
• Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing requirements
